Statement Modelz Feature in Culture Icon Zine
Modeling troupe and student org, Statement Modelz, was featured in a magazine titled Culture Icons, from our second-ever shoot, Ghetto Visionary. I am a member of this org and am pictured in the middle of the top right image with pink hair.
Ghetto Visionary
Black people always had the vision, just needed the platform. This shoot explored what it means to be "ghetto" through a creative lens. We enjoyed being apart as well as reclaimed what it means to be "ghetto" and expressed it through our vision of pure black joy and style.
